Shipping is free WORLDWIDE on all items. 

HOW DOES YOUR SHIPPING PROCESS WORK?

In an effort to eliminate waste and reduce carbon footprint as a company, we partner with global merchants from the US, China, Belgium, Malaysia and Korea and ship directly from our factories/ warehouses to provide you with the best prices and quality in the most efficient way possible

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and we will do everything we can to get you your order as fast as we can. 

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in US, China, Belgium, Malaysia and Korea. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends.

Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 5 - 13 business days for delivery in the United States, and 8 - 20 business days for international orders (depending on location).

If you select the Priority Processing & Shipping option, we will prioritize processing & shipping your order first ahead of other orders. Due to the nature of our products and our tough quality inspection process, order processing takes quite some time and this can save you up to 7 days, especially during the holiday season or when we have loads of orders to process.

WHY DO MY ITEMS ARRIVE SEPERATELY?

If you have ordered multiple items from our store, you may have noticed that we provide separate tracking ids for these items. This is because we may ship out your items from separate warehouses across the country depending on availability and shipping speed to your country.

Furthermore, if an item is on high demand, we might ship your items at different times to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible.


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

Orders Tracking

Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. For the exact locations of your shipment, please access click Track Your Order to enter your logistics number for inquiry.

When your order is shipped, there may be a delay that prevents you from viewing the logistics information immediately.

If your order is signed for and you don't get it, please look around your door or yard, or ask your family and neighbors. If still not found, please contact us directly, we will do our best to help you.



WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

From our experience, only Scandinavians and Northern EU countries will require payment of VAT and/or administrative charges for delivery of your item. Most items going to USA, Canada, Germany, France and Asia will not impose additional VAT charges on your item and in most cases are delivered as per normal.
